This program, unique in its delivery of service, places emphasis on teaching you, the parent/caregiver or tutor, the necessary strategies to teach your child on a daily basis. This approach helps your child to achieve goals that have been set by one of our experienced professionals after a brief but thorough evaluation. The concept of Test and Teach™ is to focus on only 1-2 most important areas of development and to achieve those most pertinent goals in as few sessions as possible so that ongoing therapy or tutoring is not necessary. You will have the opportunity to discuss the number of sessions that you and the professional believe would be most beneficial to your child given evaluation results. We design a custom-tailored program to address the goals that you feel are most important to your child in the foreseeable future, given the hurdles that your child is experiencing either at home or at school. We are available for a follow-up evaluation and/or consultation with your child's teacher.

This program is designed to:
• Be short-term: 4-, 6-, or 10-session blocks
• Cut down on cost, time commitment, scheduling issues
• Give the Parent/Caregiver teaching tools to help his/her child on an ongoing basis.
• Establish a relationship with us so that we can communicate meaningfully with your child's teacher
• Maintain a relationship throughout your child's development for future guidance as needed
•Allow for follow-up evaluation and/or additional sessions
